If Bitcoin (BTC) continues to decline, the four Ethereum (ETH) competitors will have a bad future, according to a well-known crypto expert.
Altcoin Sherpa, a pseudonymous trader on Twitter, has warned his 176,100 followers that the price of smart contract-enabled blockchains Solana (SOL), Avalanche (AVAX), Polkadot (DOT), and NEAR Protocol (NEAR) could be nearly halved. Will go Price if bitcoin continues to decline in value.
Sherpa claims that if there is another drop in the price of Bitcoin, DOT, SOL, Avax and NEAR will drop another 50% from their current levels.
At the time of publication, Polkadot is changing hands at $9, down 3.84% over the past 24 hours.
The next coin that analysts are talking about is Solana, which is currently trading at $41.76, up 1.11% over the past 24 hours.
The third currency on the strategist’s radar is Avalanche which is changing hands at $22.72, up 1.83% over the past 24 hours.
Altcoin Sherpa then charts the NEAR or Near protocol which is trying to settle at $4.86, down 3.24% over the past 24 hours.
At the time of writing, bitcoin is valued at $28,882, which is down by over 28% in the past 30 days.
TRON price will increase by 40%
Altcoin Sherpa has a negative impact on all four Ethereum competitors. Yet he believes that TRON (TRX), a blockchain built as a decentralized storage and distribution network for social media and digital entertainment content, has some upward potential.
TRON is likely to rise by around 40% from current levels. But only if the price of bitcoin “stabilizes” according to Altcoin Sherpa, the crypto asset’s inventor Justin Sun announced new projects.
Justin Sun just announced USDD (USDD), an algorithmic stablecoin based on the TRON blockchain that must be swapped one-for-one with the US dollar. The market capitalization of USDD is now approximately $577 million.
Altcoin Sherpa claims TRX: one of the few coins where you can search for a long time; Won’t do that right now, but Justin Sun’s sh** coin is heading upwards. If BTC stabilizes, I expect it to rise to $0.12.
