According to IntoTheBlock data, Shiba Inu whales have been more active over the past 24 hours, with a 122% increase in large transactions. The increase in large transactions is usually associated with increased activity by whales that are either buying or selling, and these total exceed $100,000.
WhaleStats analysis of the top 100 Shiba Inu holders shows an 8.28% spike in active addresses as crypto whales interacted with billions of Shiba Inu, leading to an increase in the number of large transactions. WhaleStats has detected major Shiba Inu purchases in the last 24 hours.

In the past week, cryptocurrency exchange MEXC Global announced the listing of SHIB/USDC, thus allowing users to trade the Shiba Inu against Circle’s USDC stablecoin.
At the time of publication, the Shiba Inu was trading at $0.0001073. Due to the volatility experienced across the board in May, the Shiba Inu is down around 46% for the month. Despite the price drop, the Shiba Inu has added around 32,000 holders since the beginning of May, as the current number of holders stands at 1,171,385, according to WhaleStats data.
