EverRevoke makes it easy to revoke approvals and gives you the information you need to know to sort through your digital assets. As for tokens, you can now verify tokens through Block Explorer in addition to sites like CoinGecko and CoinMarketCap. For NFTs, you can easily access the smart contract through Block Explorer, view the token ID, and which platforms you have approved.
The new utility has already been adopted to protect users in space. Humanoids, Superdux, and Sammy Arriaga have made EverRevoke the preferred platform for revoking tokenization and NFT approvals for their popular NFT projects.
With EverRevoke, users can better control which protocols and platforms have access to their wallets. Providing access to your wallet is a necessity to participate in decentralized finance, but the practice is so common that bad actors can easily take advantage.
There have been many exploits taking advantage of token and NFT approvals. Hackers run malicious code to gain access to more wallets over time, instead of running their scam right away. It is a best practice to limit external access to DeFi wallets to revoke permissions that do not need to be activated.
